Ninety days, one desk, credited on conversion.
90 days, one desk, up to 6 seats, in your tenant, mandate encoding included: $25,000, credited in full against year one on conversion. Annual thereafter, with a 90-day termination right in year one.
Unshipped capability is not priced.
The deviation ledger, realised against plan with the execution feed, is not priced until it ships.

Why are oversight seats free?
The register works when everyone who should read it can. Charging for oversight seats would price the firm's own supervisors out of the product's purpose. A seat is priced where the coaching happens.
What counts as a seat?
A trader under mandate: DJ in session, evaluation at intent, briefs, forecast, and a row on the register. Compliance, risk, desk managers, and auditors are not seats.
How are multi-desk firms priced?
The platform fee covers one sealed environment for the firm. Desks share it, and trader seats are counted across the firm. A firm that wants separate sealed environments per desk pays the platform fee per environment.
What currency are prices in?
The list is in USD. Contracts can be quoted in your currency at a rate fixed for the contract term.
What does the platform fee cover?
Deployment in your tenant, Entra integration, mandate ingestion and encoding, the audit ledger, updates, and support.
Why is there no free pilot?
The pilot runs in your tenant, on your actual mandate, with deployment and encoding done properly. That work is real. The fee is credited in full against year one on conversion.
