OBSERVATIONS: The register: exceeded observations grouped by trader and clause, repeat offenders first, with open, acknowledged, and unreviewed-by-you kept distinct. Reads it: Risk and compliance. The stamp records: As-of time, officer, scope (desk, name filter, status), monitoring line.
FORECAST: Will this trader's next committed plan produce an exceeded observation? Forecast against realised per trader; tiers and figures withheld below the floors printed in the header. Reads it: Risk, compliance, auditors. The stamp records: Organisation rate and cut lines; Brier in the detail beside its references.
ANALYTICS: Read-only roll-up over the register, briefs, and forecasts; every card names its window. Reads it: Desk managers, risk, compliance. The stamp records: Desk scope, windows, as-of time.
ATTESTATIONS: The daily settlement pass: measured within, exceeded, or declared unmeasured — a clause that could not be measured is listed as not a pass. Reads it: Compliance. The stamp records: Per-day, per-clause, per-trader outcome, including declared gaps.
DEVIATION: Realised against plan-followed. States that it cannot attribute until the execution feed is connected, and shows nothing rather than noise. Reads it: Risk, compliance, auditors. The stamp records: The execution-feed banner: the gap is stated, not padded.
DESK: Per-trader open flags, worst multiple, last plan, settled in the last 24h. Reads it: Desk managers and above. The stamp records: Scope and as-of time.
AUDIT: The append-only acknowledge ledger and the event log; as-of reconstruction. Reads it: Compliance and auditors. The stamp records: As-of time, officer, full ledger scope.
MANDATES: Ingestion, encoding, refusal, activation, versions. The system refuses to guess. Reads it: Compliance and risk. The stamp records: Monitored and unmonitored clauses, named on every stamp.
THE TRADER WINDOW: Plan stated, DJ's evaluation, commit, My forecast. The trader plane. Reads it: The trader alone. The stamp records: Nothing; trader-plane content is never exported to the firm.
