Product · The trader plane

The conversation stays with the trader.

I.

Stated, evaluated, reshaped or committed.

A plan is stated in conversation with DJ, evaluated against the mandate while it is still a plan, and reshaped or committed. A brief can go to the desk: the trader authors it, or sends DJ's draft unedited. Either way, sending it is the trader's act.

II.

A boundary that cannot be reconfigured away.

Coaching runs on candor, and candor requires a boundary that cannot be reconfigured away. The dialogue is never summarised, scored, or forwarded. That is structure, not policy: firm-plane routes have no path to trader-plane records, and the deployment's plane-denial report demonstrates it.

III.

Four things, and nothing else.

  • Committed plans.
  • Mandate evaluations.
  • Observations.
  • Briefs the trader sends.
IV.

The trader sees less than the officer.

A trader shown direction only sees less than this; the register is where compliance holds the figure.
