What it does.

- Ingestion, encoding, activation and versions. The system refuses to guess.

- A plan-horizon forecast, scored against what the trader does next.

- Observations, an append-only acknowledge ledger, daily attestations, stamped PDFs.
- DESK AND ANALYTICS
- Per-trader open flags, worst multiples, last plans; every card names its window.

What it does not do.
The system observes everything and blocks nothing: it holds no order routing or blocking capability.

Where it runs.
Single tenant, in the firm's own Azure subscription, under the firm's identity provider (Microsoft Entra ID) and the firm's keys. Data egress: none.
