ONE DESK · FIRM TENANT
DURATION
Thirty days, counted from the day the desk is live. Setup precedes the pilot and is not counted.
SCOPE
A single desk, with portfolio managers participating on an opt in basis.
ENVIRONMENT
Deployed in the firm's own tenant from day one; nothing is hosted by the vendor at any point.
MANDATE REGISTER
Configured with the firm's actual limits, not demonstration values.
PRIVACY
The trader plane is structurally private from the first session, which is stated to participating traders in writing.
DECISION
Exit criteria are agreed before the pilot begins, and the decision meeting is scheduled at kickoff, not after.

PRICE AND CREDIT
$10,000 · credited in full against year one on conversion. Annual thereafter, with a 90-day termination right in year one.
IN ONE LINE
$10,000 · 30 days from go-live · one desk, up to 6 trader seats, unlimited oversight seats · credited in full against year one on conversion
SEATS
Up to 6 trader seats · oversight seats unlimited, as always.
THE FIRM PROVIDES
An Azure tenant, Entra groups, the mandate document, and a named officer.
ARQNXS PROVIDES
Deployment, mandate encoding, and the kickoff decision meeting, in that order.
ORDER
First, deployment in the firm's tenant and mandate encoding with the firm's actual limits; this setup precedes the pilot and is not counted. At go-live, the kickoff decision meeting. The thirty days run from that day.
EXIT CRITERIA
Agreed per firm before the pilot begins. Examples: officer adoption of the register in the daily pass; acknowledge latency; trader opt-in retention across the thirty days.
